Foods that Make your Skin More Soft

Your white or olive, but unfortunately was a little rough. And your dressing table was already filled with various “weapons” to smooth the skin. In fact, you already spend enough money to complete your makeup equipment. Why, yes? Are we using the wrong brand?
Probably not. But to get that smooth skin is not enough just from the outside, or from just cosmetic treatments. What are you eating or drinking, can also help improve skin health. Take a look at the refrigerator, or a carpenter hanging fruit in the house, is there any foods that can increase the degree of your skin? Here’s what you need to consume:
Strawberry, orange, red chili, broccoli
Raw foods rich in vitamin C is important to produce and reshape collagen, the supporting structure of skin. This layer is the top of the skin that can fend off wrinkles. Try eating a cup of fruit (strawberry, orange, or grapefruit), and a cup of red peppers and broccoli every day. Or, combine these ingredients into the recipe of your own artificial facial.
