Socialization and the introduction of Rabies Disease

On Tuesday, the date 08 December 2009 at the Village Pesinggahan Head Office, District of Dawan, Klungkung regency, has carried out dissemination and introduction of rabies disease. Dawan Health Center I, which presents material about Rabies Disease in Humans and the Speaker of the Animal Husbandry Department Klungkung presents material about Rabies Disease in Animals.
Participants were 20 participants who attended both the village chief, community leader or village chief in the working area of UPT. Dawan PHC I and several officers Puskesmas / Puskesmas related Maid.
Unit Chief of the material presented. PHC Dawan I covers the situation of rabies disease, clinical symptoms, and most importantly is the disease of rabies prevention and first aid in the field if already bitten by suspected rabid animals (dogs suspected of rabies). <ppt>
Materials from the Animal Husbandry Department Klungkung include general description of rabies disease in animals, clinical symptoms and elimination efforts in order to reduce the stray dog population and rabies vaccination efforts against animal / pet dog appropriate vaccination procedures.
