Description
Melanoma is a type of skin cancer. The disease is not common of skin cancer, but melanoma is a serious disease. Melanoma does not only affect the skin, more than it can spread to other organs and bones. Yet these diseases can be cured if treated early as soon as possible. The cause of this cancer is, one of them, bask too long in the sun. Sunlight causes the skin cells become abnormal. Skin cells grow abnormally and eventually form a network of cancer cause.
Symptoms
The main sign of melanoma is the skin changes in a mole or skin growth, such as a birthmark. Some changes in the size or color of moles allows a sign of melanoma. Melanoma may also grow in a mole or a birthmark. But melanoma can be grown anywhere in the body.
Medical
Generally melanoma treated with surgery. Operation as early as possible to prevent melanoma disease spread to other parts of the skin.
