Everyone has their own way in order to feel better, especially for women who are sometimes the condition is strongly influenced by mood. But women have a few things that can make him feel better.

Sweating. Some people may be avoiding strenuous activities. But for someone who used to do aerobics or other sports, these activities can make her feel better because the endorphin hormones trigger the hormone that can make people feel better.
