It was, no one who does not like to eat. Especially with the increasing number of new restaurants, both in your residential area or in the new malls are scattered in major cities. If you have not tried the food in a particular shop or cafe, you’ll be left behind. However, if kept friends receive an invitation to adventure to one restaurant to another restaurant, you’re afraid of your diet mess.
Well, too bad if you declined an invitation to eat for fear of mess only diet. You can arrange for a hobby to try the new menu in the restaurant still fulfilled, but also maintained weight. In fact, you are getting healthier thanks to your food choices.
1. Fish is a healthy choice when dining out. Choose salmon and tuna (filet better) to add omega-3 in your diet. Both types of fish include polyunsaturated fats that help lower the risk of heart disease. You can also get omega-3 in walnut snacks or edamame.
2. Avoid fried foods and add cheese. The food at the food court or cafe usually contain lots of saturated fat, cholesterol, sodium, and calories. Saturated fat and cholesterol is generally found in meat, dairy foods, milk, and butter. Excess cholesterol and saturated fat can raise cholesterol levels.
3. Food is preserved and smoked generally contain sodium (salt) high. For example cocktail sauce, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, or MSG.
4. Reduce fried foods, processed with butter, cheese, or disemur. Choose foods that are baked, boiled, baked, or steamed.
5. If you eat steak, French fries have to be replaced with vegetables. Discard the chicken skin. Keep the butter. Drink tea instead of coffee with cream. If you want to drink coffee, add low-fat milk, not cream.

Choose pasta with a light sauce, such as primavera (vegetables), marsala (wine, mushrooms, beef), marinara (tomato, onion), or shellfish sauce. Avoid cream or cheese sauces (like Alfredo), calamari, or whatever pasta wrapped cheese.
9. Your pizza? Book a thin pizza bread, vegetables and topped with additional sauce. Reduce the cheese topping. You can enjoy two-slice pizza, the rest you can bring home to share with family.
10. Thai food is generally offer a healthy sauce and fresh vegetables. However, these foods are processed with oil or coconut milk which contains saturated fat. Select Dimsum, sour soup, pad thai noodles, stir-fry vegetables and sticky rice. Avoid fried spring rolls, curry chicken, and ducks.
11. For fast food, avoid jumbo-sized burgers, sandwiches with fried fish, fried chicken, tacos, fries, potato chips, milk shakes, cheese, mayonnaise, and bacon. Choose grilled chicken, fajita chicken, turkey sandwich, baked potato, or yogurt.
12. Indian Food santal much thicker and contains milk, therefore avoid samosas and curry. Better you choose tandoori, kebabs, and spicy vegetable curry with tomatoes, cauliflower, peas, eggplant, beans, and salsa.
