Drugs and celebrity

I am wondering, why many celebrity dont get lesson from other celebrity experience with drug habit and drug consequences, many celebrity in an out drug treatment center. But as they are public figure, so all eyes are always too them. Whereever they are, whenever they doing something, especially in a negative way, will be juicy gossip and news for entertainment jurnalist.
Lately, the famous actor from 1970, which is now in the age of 50, being jailed again for the second time. The police officer found him partying, and using drug, also found drug in his pocket. I dont understand, why he still using, while 6 months a go just got his freedom after 2 years in jailed, for the same cases. He got a wife and children which also a celebrity, does he really dont know it will affect his family carrier also.
Ugh, so a shame, while many people watch him on TV. He is so big FAT LIAR,6 months a go after being free from jailed mention that he is quit and already find help from drug rehabilitation place, so he said he is a free man, and clear from drug. Ah…. acting maybe. And I dont think it’s a good figure for people or teenager who watch him in the news. So afraid, public will generalized this drug problem, and say yes to drug. Oh scarry.
