Although it’s been a lot of slimming programs instantly, in fact the following Hollywood celebrities are more interested in doing a diet program under the guidance of a doctor. How they run their diets?

Friends star is doing a diet program called The Zone, which was developed by Dr. Barry Sears. The core of this diet program is setting a pattern of eating 40 percent carbohydrates, 30 percent protein and 30 percent fat. Apart from Aniston, The Zone diet was also chosen by Renee Zelwegger and Sandra Bullock.
Jessica Simpson
