This research was conducted by Dr. Ping Chung Leung and colleagues from the Institute of Chinese Medicine at Chinese University of Hong Kong, and has been published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry last August.

Bone is not a dead tissue, but living in a dynamic metabolic system must be maintained balance between the process of bone formation and bone absorption. Cells that make bone function is called osteoblasts and cells that absorb bone function is called with the osteoclast.
